Description

Experienced in developing specifications for Civil works and putting those together for tenders Will be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE Will be reporting to the Civil Department in Aachen, Germany - all civil specifications have to be prepared in compliance with local standards, guidelines and requirements suitable for tender - and construction purposes - all civil specifications have to be established in relation to certain construction stages - preparation of road construction specifications in terms of earthworks, granular sub base, asphalt layers, pedestrian areas (footpath), kerbstones, drainage inlets, marking, verges, green zones, fencing, infrastructure corridors, signs etc. - general specifications for parking areas in terms of parking lots, kind of pavement, block paving, green zones, marking, signs, security barriers, drainage inlets etc. - drainage specifications for the main pipe routing, connection pipes, inlets, standard materials, standard manholes, trenches, manhole covers, housing connections, installations for infiltration etc.
